407 Pattana is a bus company based in Bangkok Bus Terminal (Mo Chit 2). They specialize bus services bewteen Bangkok to Isan, in northeastern region of the Thailand. They cover provinces such as Bueng Kan and Udon Thani.

Besides serving the locals, bus service between Bangkok and Bueng Kan is one of the favourite routes for international backpackers. This is because Bueng Kan is an official Thailand-Laos border crossing town. The town at the other side of Laos is Paksan. Boat is the transport to cross the Mekong River from Bueng Kan to Paksan, and vice versa.
